IA9100 Training for Your Team
People make a transition work. Paradygm Consulting offers practical, plain-language training to help your team understand what IA9100 is expected to change and what it means for their daily work. Sessions are tailored to your organization and can be delivered on site or remotely.

- updating risk methods, procedures and records.
Internal auditor support
Support for your internal audit team to audit against the new requirements, including:

- help updating audit checklists and the audit programme,
- co-auditing alongside your auditors, or performing internal audits for you.
Gap assessment as a learning exercise
Many clients involve their own staff in the gap assessment, which builds understanding while producing the action plan.
What we don't do
We do not issue certificates, and our training does not grant certification. If you need a formally accredited or registered auditor qualification, ask us and we will discuss what is appropriate for your goals.
